On November 12, 2011, St. Ann Activity Association will be hosting our annual Dinner Auction to benefit St. Ann Catholic School. St. Ann School offers an exceptional elementary education from kindergarten through eighth grade and is staffed by dedicated professional teachers. We depend on the support of our contributors through fundraising activities, like the Dinner Auction, to run and continue to improve our school. Our budget relies on us raising $65,000 per year to meet operational costs. Your support directly helps pay our dedicated teaching staff and pay our utility bills. In addition, we are raising money to replace the kitchen’s aging oven.

We would like to extend a special thank you to those of you who have participated in the past and say how greatly we appreciate your support. For those of you who plan to contribute for the first time, we look forward to your participation and support for the years to come. With the help of community conscious organizations, such as yours, we expect this year’s Dinner Auction to be great success.

We would greatly appreciate your donation of a product, gift certificate, service or voucher of service, direct monetary contribution and/or attendance and participation at the Dinner Auction. Dinner packages, tickets to sporting events, theatre tickets, passes to family attractions, condo rentals and trips are all very successful.

We hope we can count on your support. Early receipt of your donation will help optimize the advertising exposure for your business. To ensure your donation is included in the printed program, we request your donation be received by October 24, 2011. Donations will be showcased in our Auction program, displayed on our website to www.stannnashville.org/school/ and in school and parish wide communications. Every effort will be made to include all donations received after the publication date in our addendum. Please keep a copy of the completed donation form for your records.
